How this is best achieved is subject of the exchange between experts and advice-seekers at trade shows, conferences, and symposia, organized by NürnbergMesse partially on its own initiative and partially in cooperation with experts locally at the event.

Another example of NürnbergMesse's international involvement is the American Coatings SHOW, organized by the American Coatings Association and Vincentz Network and managed by NürnbergMesse North America. The American Coatings SHOW is modeled on the European Coatings SHOW – specifically for the American market.

With the IPB International Powder/Bulk Conference & Exhibition (powder and bulk technology), the Chinese subsidiary has a counterpart to the NürnbergMesse exhibition duo POWTECH/ TechnoPharm.

The sector refrigeration and air conditioning experienced a similar process: After the successful premiere of CholodExpo Rossija in 2008 Chillventa opened its doors for the first time in October 2008 in Nürnberg, Germany and convinced everyone with its brilliant start – the more than 29,000 trade visitors as well as the over 800 international exhibitors. Chillventa, the International Trade Fair for Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heat Pumps, takes place in Nürnberg for the second time from October 13-15, 2010.
